There are currently no different types of licenses, however there are some rules that must be followed to avoid future problems.
Standard licenses
- Most Vantstock photos, vectors, and illustrations come with a Standard license. With a Standard license, you can:
- Reproduce up to 500,000 copies of the asset across all media, including product packaging, printed marketing materials, digital documents, or software.
- Include the asset in email marketing, mobile advertising, or broadcast or digital programming if the expected number of viewers is less than 500,000.
- Publish the asset on a website or social network without limiting views.
- Include the asset in some types of products, such as within a textbook, as long as the primary value of the product is not the asset itself and the product is not reproduced more than 500,000 times.
- The asset can be used in merchandise, models, or other products for resale.
- Transfer the license (product) to your client or employer.
Examples of permitted use:
- Digital use: websites; advertising banners; screen protectors; wallpapers; software (for PC and mobile devices); electronic cards; emails; e-books; presentations (PowerPoint, Flash, etc.); films, videos and television advertising; unofficial logos; personal use; etc.
Printed use: advertisements in newspapers and magazines; printed advertising materials; covers and illustrations for books, newspapers, magazines; visit cards; pamphlets; posters; CD/DVD covers; packaging, labels and packaging of products; stationery: folders, notebooks, pens, pencils and stickers; pendants; calendars; mugs and glasses; mousepads; T-shirts, clothes; personal non-commercial use; etc.
